Inch By Inch ...by inch...by inch...by....

Two and two are four
Four and four are eight
Eight and eight are sixteen
Sixteen and sixteen are thirty-two
Inchworm, inchworm
Measuring the marigolds
You and your arithmetic
You'll probably go far
Inchworm, inchworm
Measuring the marigold
Seems to me you'd stop and see
How beautiful they are

I am still a big fan of Danny Kaye. I am now singing this to myself, cause that's how fast my socks seem to be going [sigh]. Just on decrease #4 now.

Clessidra: Cast On

I cast on 23rd March after the Cricket Match between West Indies and Ireland (we won by 8 wickets). We had a torrent of rain, but in true Irish and West Indian fashion, we partied in the rain. The pic shows the Party Mound (official name), practically no shelter and they were dancing the day away - in the rain. The blue patch on the ground is where the pitch is covered up by tarp.

This whole experience just made me love the Irish more than I already do, and I'm a fanatic. They came all dressed up and everything. I have one picture but it isn't close enough for you to see what I'm talking about. It was GREAT!

Oooh...I should be talking about the sock now...sorry.

It's going great so far, just finished leg decrease #2. For a new cabler it looks good. Trust me, it looks much better than that in person, by cam phone isn't all that wonderfi.
